衡水五中开展防震演练 打造“平安校园”

   2月17日，衡水市第五中学初中部（南校区）组织全校师生开展2017年春季防地震安全疏散应急演练。

   当天下午二时许，随着两声急促应急警报的响起，防震演练正式开始。按照事先制定的预案，演练共分为宿舍原地避震自救与应急逃离疏散两部分，由于组织实施得力，本次演练整个过程井然有序，达到了预期目的。

   此次防地震安全疏散演练的成功举行，进一步强化了师生的安全意识，提升了广大师生的防震水平，为深化“平安校园”打造奠定了良好基础。

I think the politicians who changed the laws so unqualified people could get home loans are at fault.  I also think the people who made the loans to unqualified buyers or who fudged on the paperwork are at fault.  Furotermhre, I think people who are dumb enough not to realize they aren’t qualified for a loan or able to afford a mortgage are at fault. I remember around 2007 people were telling me I was missing out because I didn’t buy a house.  I looked at the prices, what they wanted for a down payment, how much I was making, and then realized the rates were adjustable.  Then I laughed at those people.  I’m still laughing.
